Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ph688," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the ph688.cam platform, duly licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to offer online gaming services within the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ph688 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the ph688 website accessible at ph688.cam, including all subpages, games, features, content, and services made available therein.
• "Account" refers to the individual user account created by a Player upon successful registration with ph688.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's ph688 Account at any given time, expressed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, matched deposits, free bets, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a ph688 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body mandated under Philippine law to regulate gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all Players in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

By accessing the ph688 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with ph688's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotion terms that may apply. These documents collectively constitute the complete agreement between you and ph688 governing your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph688 platform and refrain from creating an Account. Continued use of ph688 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register for and use a ph688 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age for lawful participation in casino-style gaming in the Philippines, as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations. ph688 strictly enforces this requirement and conducts mandatory age verification on all Accounts.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account use. ph688 is not licensed to offer services to players located in other jurisdictions, and access from outside the Philippines may violate local laws in those jurisdictions.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or legal prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gambling.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of ph688, or an immediate family member of any such person, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ph688 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents issued in the Philippines. Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the ph688 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. ph688 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended, and all funds across those Accounts may be forfeited at ph688's sole discretion.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required for Account setup and KYC compliance. You must promptly update this information if any of it changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), ph688 is required to verify the identity of all Players. You will be required to submit at least one government-issued photographic identification document, such as a Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID), Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID.

ph688 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification. ph688 will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals attributable to a Player's failure to complete KYC procedures in a timely manner.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph688 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph688 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. ph688 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

5.1 Deposits

ph688 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, among others. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ph688 does not accept cash or third-party deposits made in another person's name.

Deposits are credited to your Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph688 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Any deposit fees charged by the payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. ph688 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. ph688 targets a processing time of under 10 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals from fully verified Accounts; however, actual processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) unresolved wagering requirement obligations on Bonus Funds; or (d) any other circumstance in which ph688 reasonably believes a withdrawal review is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on ph688 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph688 does not bear any responsibility for currency conversion losses or bank charges incurred by Players using international payment methods.

ph688 may from time to time offer promotions, bonuses, free bets, cashback schemes, and other incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time each promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

• Players may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• ph688 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or to reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, collusion, or exploiting mathematical errors in promotion terms.
• Winnings generated from wagers placed while a player holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds will be allocated and managed in accordance with the Platform's bonus accounting rules, which are disclosed in the applicable promotion terms.
• ph688 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on ph688 are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through physical outcomes observed by independent camera systems. Game results are final once confirmed by the applicable game engine or dealer platform. ph688 will not alter, reverse, or manually adjust confirmed game outcomes except in cases of documented technical malfunction.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session — including server failures, disconnections, or software errors — ph688 will endeavor to resolve the issue in a manner that is fair to all Players. ph688 reserves the right to void bets placed during a confirmed malfunction period if the integrity of the game outcome cannot be independently verified. ph688 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the amount of the affected wager.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with applicable game rules, which are available within each game interface. ph688 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in violation of applicable game rules, whether intentionally or otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph688 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering with false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information.
• Using the Platform while located outside the Philippines in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, scrape odds, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any scheme designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using or attempting to use the ph688 platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws including Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, games, or payment systems for financial gain.
• Conducting chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent deposit reversals after having used deposited funds to place wagers.
• Creating or operating duplicate Accounts for any purpose.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including for the purpose of wagering on your behalf.
• Abusing promotional offers, including systematic low-risk hedging, structured exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion with other players to accumulate promotional benefits.

All content on the ph688 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software interfaces, text, images, audio, video, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ph688 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph688 content without prior written authorization from ph688.

ph688 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. ph688 complies with all PAGCOR requirements relating to responsible gaming infrastructure and player protection. The following tools are available to all Players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to remind them of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gaming habits are becoming harmful may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from ph688. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be locked and they will be restricted from creating new Accounts.
• Reality Checks: Players may opt in to periodic pop-up reminders displaying their net session result and time spent playing.

ph688 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and all relevant implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

The types of personal data collected, the purposes for which they are processed, the legal bases for processing, the data retention periods, and the rights available to data subjects are fully described in ph688's Privacy Policy, available at ph688.cam/privacy-policy.

By creating an Account with ph688, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the disclosure of such data to PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph688 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from events outside ph688's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor delays; or (d) any loss or damage arising from a Player's breach of these Terms.

ph688's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph688's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph688 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or other illegal activity.
• Conduct that ph688 reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• Receipt of a lawful request from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or any competent Philippine authority.
• A Player's voluntary request for Account closure or permanent self-exclusion.

Upon Account termination for cause, ph688 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending the resolution of outstanding investigations. Upon Account termination at the Player's request (in the absence of any rule violation or investigation), ph688 will process the withdrawal of any legitimate remaining Balance to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeline.

ph688 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where practicable, ph688 will provide advance notice of material changes via the Platform or by notification to registered Players' contact details. The updated Terms will be published at ph688.cam/terms-conditions with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the ph688 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the ph688 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the ph688 Platform that cannot be resolved by direct communication with ph688 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, unless PAGCOR's dispute resolution process mandates an alternative procedure.

Players who wish to escalate a formal complaint regarding ph688's conduct as a PAGCOR-licensed operator may do so through the established PAGCOR complaint resolution channels available to Philippine gaming consumers.
